We have a childcare support room for local residents called "Kangaroo". We place great value on fostering interactions among parents. We hope to provide a space where you can share stories about your children, make various discoveries and joys, and feel safe. Our facility’s nurse and nutritionist are available for consultations on diet and health. Experienced childcare providers will also be present. We offer enjoyable events such as yoga, cooking, and walks, so please feel free to join us with your children.

  How to Apply (Activities are free of charge)

  Depending on the activities and the size of the childcare room, reservations may be required on certain days.
  Generally, unless a day is marked as "reservations required," no reservation is needed, so feel free to come on that day.

Christopher Kodomoen offers temporary childcare service for parents who are unable to care for their children for a certain time due to an intermittent work schedule or sudden illness. Due to the maximum capacity of the class and school events, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please contact the facility in advance for inquiries.

• Fees

  We adhere to the temporary childcare usage fee set by Hamamatsu city.
  【Per-child fee】
  Children under 3 years old: Daily rate of 2,000 yen
  Children 3 years old and older: Daily rate of 1,000 yen (excluding main meal expenses).
